Last dinner at kibini, India for Jackson... 1st - tomato basil soup 2nd - grilled cauliflower, mushrooms, pepper, and pineapple with mint sauce - all w Indian spices! 3rd - lentil fritters, grilled panner cheese,  mattar panner  (paneer cheese and peas ) Indian bread (chapatti). Desert - ice cream with mango, anise seed. Yum! Also got Dad to dance with the local tribal dancers and me.
